How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer secure and tracked shipping on all orders.
- To ITALY it takes 6-10 days 🇮🇹
- To UK it takes 7-12 days GB.
- To USA it takes 7-12 days with UPS us.
- To Australia it takes 7-12 days with FedEx Au.
- To Ireland it takes 7-12 days with FedEx IE.
- To New Zealand it takes 7-9 days with FedExnz.
- To Europe it takes 6-12 days with Fedex and DHL eu.
- To UAE, Saudi Arabia and Asia it takes 7-12 days with Aramex.
- To Canada and Mexico it takes 8-12 days with UPS CA MX.
Please note that most carriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Our handling times are 1-3 working days.
The package is then entrusted to the best couriers in the world, including FedEx, DHL and TNT.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Italy, USA, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico with the best couriers (DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex). All packages are tracked.

Our company is located in the United Kingdom, specifically:

We work with local warehouses and partners shipping to US, UK, Asia and Europe. Products are shipped from the country of manufacture.

Where are the shipments made from?
Our office is located in London, UK.
Most of our products are shipped directly from the country of production, including Asia (Taiwan, Thailand, China) and Europe allowing you to get a better price and a wide range of high quality designs.
We ship with the best couriers, including Fedex, DHL, TNT, Royal Mail, YunExpress, UPS.
Do I have to pay for VAT and Import duties?
Our office is based in London, UK. We work mainly with warehouses in Asia: this allows you to choose from a wide range of models and get a super competitive price. This also means that most of our products are shipped from the overseas warehouses mentioned.
Whilst we always try to cover customs charges upfront, for some countries (including the UK from 1 January 2021 and Europe from 1 July 2021) this is not always possible, especially for products with a value greater than £135/€150.
Since the importer of record is always the end customer (you), the customer is always responsible for paying any import duties and customs fees if required by local authorities.
Taxes will not be covered/reimbursed by us. No exception.
Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by your country's customs authorities and are therefore beyond our control.

For UK customers: from 1 January 2021, online shops must comply with the new VAT requirements. For products (or total order) over £135, VAT will be paid by the importer of record (customer) when the parcel arrives in the UK, together with any import duties. PAYMENTS
Can I pay in instalments?
Currently we do not support instalments but they will be available soon with Klarna or Clearpay.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not support Cash on Delivery. All payments have to be done online.
How do I apply a coupon code?
If you have a discount code, you can easily apply it at checkout.
In particular, in the last phase of checkout, just before the payment method, you will see a field to add your code.
RETURNS
How can I exchange or return my order?
If one of our products is not perfect for you, return it for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging to the original warehouse. We do not provide shipping labels, but we will be happy to assist you with the process.

How do you deal with Chargebacks?
Chargeback are disputed transactions. These are charges that customers dispute on their credit cards for various transactions.
If we suspect that the customer has used the chargeback as a form of fraud, we have the legal right to file a lawsuit against him and pursue criminal charges if appropriate.
It is always recommended to contact the support team who will be happy to help you at any time.
Can I cancel my order?
Terms and Conditions apply.
As long as the product has not been sent for fulfillment by us, within 12 hours, we can cancel the order. After 12 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply as our team has already started working on your order. There are no cancellation fees before 12 hours.
If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our returns policy for a refund once you receive the product.
